SPEAKER BIOS:
J.C. Weigelt serves as Vice President of Investor Relations at Polaris, the global leader in powersports. J.C. has almost 20 years of corporate IR experience spanning 4 different sectors: Financial Services, Medical Device, Industrial and Leisure. Prior to his role at Polaris, he served as Vice President of Investor Relations at nVent Electric, which he helped bring public through a spinoff from Pentair plc. Prior to that he spent ten years in the medical device sector working for St. Jude Medical before it was acquired by Abbott.
Kimberly Esterkin is Vice President, Investor Relations at ASGN Incorporated (NYSE: ASGN) where she leads the company’s investor relations, sustainability, and corporate communications efforts. Kimberly has over 19 years of experience in investor relations and finance across industry sectors. She was part of the inaugural class of NIRI’s top “40 under 40” in investor relations in the country, featured in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Top Women in Finance, and serves on the Editorial Committee for NIRI’s IR Update Magazine for whom she is a frequent author. Kimberly is also a member of the NIRI National Board of Directors, having previously served as President of the Los Angeles Chapter.
Hala Elsherbini leverages more than 25 years of investor relations experience guiding client companies in managing comprehensive IR strategies to leading the internal IR role in her current position as Senior Director, Investor Relations at Tyler Technologies. As a strategic advisor and trusted resource to senior leadership, she is a key liaison to the investment community and manages message development, investor targeting, sell-side analyst relations, direct board relations, and managing Tyler’s corporate responsibility disclosure initiatives. Hala graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Communications, majoring in public relations. She has been a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) since 2005, serving on various committees and board seats, both on a national and local chapter level. In 2015, she served a four-year term on the NIRI National Board and was a member of the IR Update editorial committee. She was recognized as a part of the NIRI 2020 Class of Fellows. Hala currently serves as an At-Large member of the NIRI DFW board of directors.
Bill Seymour is a Partner at Vallum Advisors, a corporate advisory firm. His client practice spans investor relations, special situations and transaction advisory services. Bill brings to Vallum 29 years of corporate IR experience, including most recently, Vice President of Investor Relations, Communications, Marketing and ESG at Entegris Corporation. Prior to that role, he served as Vice President of Investor Relations, Communications and Finance at Valspar Corporation. Earlier in his career, he served as the Vice President of Investor Relations and Finance at Best Buy Corporation, and as Global Vice President of Investor Relations at Nokia Corporation. Bill has been ranked as the #1 investor relations officer in his sector (Extel Survey), both in the United States and in Europe, respectively.
